There are several package options for 1:1 nutrition coaching. Choose the package that is best suited for how much support and accountability you think you'll need.

Ample accountability package | $229/month (3 month commitment)

This package is ideal for the client that has tried all sorts of diets in the past but hasn't found anything that they felt was sustainable and that worked. It will include either a macro-based plan or a portion guideline plan based on your nutritional knowledge, and your previous dieting history. You'll receive online check-ins each week, as well as a weekly 30-60 minute phone call to talk about struggles, progress, food choices, and tips to improve on habits and adherence. We'll also follow the daily habit tracker where we monitor trends with your sleep, fatigue, mood, training intensity, and weight.

Weekly accountability package | $179/month (3 month commitment)

This package will include either a macro-based plan or a portion guideline plan based on your nutritional knowledge, and your previous dieting history. You'll receive online check-ins each week, a daily habit tracker where we monitor trends with your sleep, fatigue, mood, training intensity, and weight, plus one 30-60 minute check-in phone call per month.
