There are several package options  to choose from for 1:1 nutrition coaching. Choose the package that is best suited for how much support and accountability you'll need. Once we've gone through your first month of coaching, you can decide if you'd like to move up or down a level of coaching.


If a 3-month plan full of accountability sounds like too much, and you feel confident in making changes on your own with a little guidance, no problem! You're invited to book a 1 hour phone call for us to work together to modify your lifestyle routines, and evaluate your food choices so you can get closer to reaching your goals.

After our Nutrition Reset call, you'll walk away with a Google document with all of your questions answered, some healthy habits to adjust or start incorporating into your everyday routine, plus meal and/or macro suggestions. We'll also discuss any opportunities you may have with your food/beverage choices to optimize your energy so you can feel your absolute best.

*Prior to our call, please make sure you have 5-7 days of tracked food logs in MyFitnessPal, or Cronometer, OR photos of your meals that you can send to me in advance.
