    Best for clients who need some accountability

    Macro-based food plan

    Habit tracking: weight, workouts, mood, sleep, energy

  • Tier 2: Bi-Weekly Plan

     

    $129/month

    3 Month Bi-Weekly Accountability Package

    1 Check-in phone call/month

    Bi-weekly online check-ins
